Being a bong I always love fish. Whenever I get a chance I opt for fish. Since childhood I was fascinated about fishes. Everyday coming home from school the first question I asked my mother, ” Is there fish for today’s lunch ?” My mom simply smiled and served me my food. Every sunday I used to wake up early and go to the market with my father just to buy different type of fishes. I was never a big fan of pomfret but when I saw such a simple recipe I thought of trying it.

And this is how it turned out. So I garnished it with chilli and coriander leaves to make it look more presentable. I hope you all loved this as much as I loved it.
